1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wa88", "we", "us" or "the Platform" refers to wa88, accessible at https://wa88.cam, operated as an international online sportsbook and live casino service.
• "You" or "the Member" refers to any natural person who has registered a verified account on wa88 and is using the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by you upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total of all confirmed deposits, credited bonuses, and settled winnings minus all withdrawals, wagers, and deductions recorded in your Account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a single stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or other market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any amount credited to your Account as a promotional reward, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free-spin equivalents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process required before a withdrawal may be processed.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which governs all operational hours, draw schedules, and customer service availability on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register an account and place wagers on wa88. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet both requirements.

2.2 wa88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and residency at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.3 You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been self-excluded, placed on a third-party exclusion register, or otherwise restricted from gambling services are ineligible to register.

2.4 You confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of wa88 complies with the laws applicable in your location.

2.5 Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of wa88 or any of its affiliated studios or payment partners are not eligible to hold a member account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one active account on wa88. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. wa88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 wa88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason, at its sole discretion.

3.5 Account closure may be requested by the Member at any time by contacting customer support. Closure does not relieve the Member of any outstanding obligations, including unfulfilled wagering requirements attached to credited Bonus Funds.

4. KYC Verification

4.1 wa88 operates a strict Know Your Customer process to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. You will be required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.

4.2 Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. wa88 may also request proof of address (a bank statement or utility bill dated within the past three months) and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by the compliance team within one to three business days. wa88 may request additional documents if those submitted are unclear or insufficient.

4.4 wa88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and to freeze account funds while a KYC review is in progress. Funds will not be released to unverified accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. wa88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the wa88 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Processing times are generally within one to twenty-four hours for verified accounts, subject to banking partner schedules and any ongoing compliance review.

5.3 Fees

wa88 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside wa88's control.

5.4 Declined Transactions

wa88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first-deposit bonus up to Rp 1.500.000, subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount within 30 days of crediting. The bonus is forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window.

6.3 Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets placed after the bonus is credited. Bets placed on games or markets excluded from wagering contribution (as listed in the relevant promotion) will not count toward the requirement.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a second bonus while another remains unfulfilled will result in the forfeiture of the previously active bonus without compensation.

6.5 wa88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6.6 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All bets are final once confirmed. wa88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in the event of a clearly documented system error.

7.2 In the event of a manifest error in the odds or market settings — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or operator input mistakes — wa88 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

7.3 wa88 may impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits on any market, game, or account at its sole discretion. These limits will be communicated where technically feasible.

7.4 For togel (lottery) games, draw results are determined by the official draws of the relevant lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Sydney, Hong Kong). wa88 does not control or influence draw outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official result, the official result shall prevail.

7.5 For sabung ayam (online cockfighting) markets, all results are determined by the live arena source. In the event of a fight being declared void by the arena, all associated wagers will be refunded.

7.6 For live sportsbook markets, bets placed after the event outcome has been determined — due to any technical delay — will be voided. wa88 does not guarantee the availability of live betting on any specific event.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 wa88 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to use the voluntary self-help tools available within their account settings at any time, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-exclusion requests may be made for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or on a permanent basis. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period expires. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

8.3 During a self-exclusion period, wa88 will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any duplicate accounts and to withhold promotional communications. However, wa88 cannot guarantee complete suppression if a Member creates a new account using different credentials — such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether individually or in collusion with others;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit any system error, software vulnerability, or odds discrepancy;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward any wa88 employee or agent;
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the wa88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content supplied by licensed studios — is the intellectual property of wa88 or its respective content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of wa88. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform for its intended purpose is permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.2 wa88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. wa88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of service unavailability.

11.3 wa88 is not responsible for the outcome of any wager. All gambling involves risk, and the Member accepts full responsibility for all betting decisions made through their account.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments

12.1 wa88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on their account at least seven days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of a chang e constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. wa88 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving Indonesian players.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

13.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
